EXCHANGE POLICY
- We have a no-return policy.
- We offer exchanges only within 5 days of purchase.
- We offer no exchange on designer collections.
- Quality Control (QC) will check your product eligibility within 1-2 working days.
- All delivery costs are borne by the customer.
- Exchange policy does not apply to customers outside Pakistan.
- Products eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging with the tag intact.
How to Exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email at hello@madihajahangir.com for exchange requests.
- Ensure you have the confirmation email for the order.
Terms:
- You can apply for an exchange only for un-stitched items.
- Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged.
- The items you buy in exchange for a product should cost equal to or more than the originally purchased item.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for our products.
- In case the item is unavailable for exchange, you will receive a voucher with the same value as the product.
