• We have a no-return policy.
  • We offer exchanges only within 5 days of purchase.
  • We offer no exchange on designer collections.
  • Quality Control (QC) will check your product eligibility within 1-2 working days.
  • All delivery costs are borne by the customer.
  • Exchange policy does not apply to customers outside Pakistan.
  • Products eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging with the tag intact.

  • Ensure you have the confirmation email for the order.


  • You can apply for an exchange only for un-stitched items.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged.
  • The items you buy in exchange for a product should cost equal to or more than the originally purchased item.

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for our products.
  • In case the item is unavailable for exchange, you will receive a voucher with the same value as the product.
